The Road Bike
2008 Focus Variado Expert -I love this bike. It’s probably one of the best price/performance bikes available this year (sadly, as with most other bikes, the spec has gone down on the ‘09 making it not quite such good value, although it’s still worth checking out). Having full Ultegra is great, and the shifting is smooth as can be. However, being me, I had to upgrade some of the components on it. It rolls on a set of Fulcrum Racing 3 wheels, with a SRAM 11-25 cassette and Conti GP4000s rubber. I’m also now sitting on a Fi’zi:k Arione CX saddle
